Order Cancellation Policy

    1. Cancellation Window: Customers may request order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order.
    2. Cancellation Process: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to contact@mycatmat.com
    3. Eligibility for Cancellation: Requests received after 12 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed, especially if the order has been processed or shipped.
    4. Refunds: Approved cancellations will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
    5. No-Change Window: Once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made. Customers are encouraged to review orders carefully before confirming.
